The platform, branding, design, and software are owned by ClassMind AI is a registered trademark of ClassmindAI LLC or licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

5) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect damages.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
